In 2011, we put forward our new development vision of “Going Global with World-class Instrument”. Since then, the company has embarked on the journey towards the integration of standardization, industrialization and informationization, which is based on the national initiative of integrating industrialization with informationization. We added “standardization” as it serves as the foundation for all construction.
In terms of standardization, Hongrun has took charge of or participated in the formulation of 45 national standards for industrial automation instruments, which fully demonstrates our capability of self-dependent innovation and standard design. In management, we have made various rules to ensure a standardized, systematized, and normalized process from production to company management. As to manufacturing, we have formulated operation instructions and job responsibilities for each production process.
To realize informationization, we have developed the MES, namely the Manufacturing Executive System, which is based on our own production characteristics. The system comprises nine sub-systems relating to business order tracking, manufacturing data management, production planning and scheduling, inventory management, quality management, performance management and others. Such an efficient and stable system has improved our enterprise management with more convenience and efficiency and less waste.
Industrialization of production equipment
To match the construction requirement of industrialization, we have introduced automatic solder paste printer, full-automatic high-speed surface mounter, reflow soldering machine, crest welder, cleaning machine, automatic carving machine, full-automatic AOI machine, laser markers, vacuum packagers, digital remote monitoring system and other equipment. We also have developed small automatic spot welding robot, full-automatic IC programmer, carving machine fixture manufacturing system, automatic meter calibration system and etc. The introduction and R&D of those equipment has increased the qualified rate of our instruments to 99% and kept the repair rate lower than 2/1000.
