Standardization

In terms of standardization, Hongrun has took charge of or participated in the formulation of 45 national standards for industrial automation instruments, which fully demonstrates our capability of self-dependent innovation and standard design. In management, we have made various rules to ensure a standardized, systematized, and normalized process from production to company management. As to manufacturing, we have formulated operation instructions and job responsibilities for each production process.

Industrialization of production equipment

To match the construction requirement of industrialization, we have  introduced automatic solder paste printer, full-automatic high-speed surface mounter, reflow soldering machine, crest welder, cleaning machine, automatic carving machine, full-automatic AOI machine, laser markers, vacuum packagers, digital remote monitoring system and other equipment. We also have developed small automatic spot welding robot, full-automatic IC programmer, carving machine fixture manufacturing system, automatic meter calibration system and etc. The introduction and R&D of those equipment has increased the qualified rate of our instruments to 99% and kept the repair rate lower than 2/1000.

Operability

We provide electronic operation instructions for each procedure. This is indispensable as our six series of products cover thousands of different instruments, some of which show complicated structure, let alone many non-standard manufactured products. In such links as IC programming, assembling, verifying and marking, if there are no electronic instructions, it will be difficult to avoid errors just by memory-and-skill-based operation. However, it is not easy to formulate so many electronic guidebooks.

Traceability of production management

The company has independently developed a product scanning and tracing system, which can trace each production link of each finished product, check the source of each component, and follow up the entire process of inspection, delivery and other links, continuously improving ISO9001:2015 and carrying out the traceability of production management.

1. Warehouse information management system

The interconnection of the warehouse information management system and business sales data ensures the automatic arrangement of accessories according to the demand of time and order. In terms of inventory management, the system can also automatically set the upper and lower limits of the inventory security alarm, and increase and decrease the stock by scanning production plan. With the system, we have solved the problems caused by overstock and supply shortage.

3. Full-automatic high-speed surface mounter, solder paste printer, reflow welder and crest welder

We have introduced full-automatic high-speed surface mounter, solder paste printer, reflow welder, crest welder and other production equipment, which have improved output and quality of products and lowered the error rate and wastage as well as labor intensity.

5. Automatic meter calibration system

Our six series of products cover thousands of varieties. Some multi-channel meters can monitor the pressure and temperature of 64 channels, so it will be laborious and error-prone to check manually. To solve this problem, we have developed the automatic meter calibration system that is able to check 6 meters at a time. The large number of product variety has made the development of the system extremely complicated and difficult.

7. Product label customization system

Hongrun’s self-developed product label customization system can deliver large-scale product label customization services, providing customers with customized parameters and category requirements. More than 20,000 different product identifications are built in the database of the system. Order scanning can send the identification parameters and printing quantity to the label printing system for automatic printing, thus creating the customization that meets various demands.
